These photos or videos may be shared only through our official social media accounts, website, digital channels, or other online platforms connected to Golden Ride Miami.

Participation in photos or videos is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional image or video, you may let our team know at any time.

However, if you make a reservation with us and voluntarily pose for a photo or video, you authorize Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, d/b/a Golden Ride Miami, to use, publish, reproduce, and share that content for promotional and commercial purposes through our official website, social media accounts, internet platforms, and other digital media, without any financial compensation.

You also understand that once a photo or video has been published online, complete removal from circulation may not always be immediate or fully possible. This may happen if the content has already been viewed, shared, reposted, downloaded, or distributed by third parties.

Even so, if you later wish to request the removal of a photo or video published on our official platforms, you may contact our team directly. We will review the request and remove the content from our official accounts or digital platforms within a reasonable period of time.

By making a reservation and voluntarily participating in promotional photos or videos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
